Each signature is digitally bound to the signed data. Any modification automatically removes the signature to maintain data integrity.

Signature boxes appear in procedure notes, medical forms, and sheets when digital signing is enabled in settings.

Digital stamps show the name of the signed-in user and the exact date and time of signature for full traceability.
